Dodie is a current member of the Indiana Auctioneer’s Association & the National Auctioneer’s Association. She earned her CES Designation and has worked in the auction industry for 30+ years. Dodie brings a vast knowledge of the auction business resulting in established clientele which makes her a valuable addition that is ready to hit the ground running in an untapped territory for our company. Dodie is the daughter of the late Harvey Lambright who was a great leader & influencer in the auction industry.

Rod Metzger graduated from Missouri Auction School in 1998 after earning his Bachelor’s Degree at Georgetown of Kentucky. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and resides in Decatur, Indiana.

Justin Nicodemus

He is a member of the Indiana Auctioneers Association and Indiana Realtors Association. At 14, he began his auctioneering career calling bids for benefit auctions. He has also had a long history of dealing in farm equipment. Justion operates his farm with the help of his wif and children, raising row crops, hay, registered Shorthorn, and Charolais cattle. As a dedicated past 4-H member and FFA officer, Justin brings valuable expertise to his profession. He resides in Churubusco, Indiana with his wife and five kids.
